Squarespace in 2018; taking flight in the UK
It's official, Squarespace has upped it's game in the UK this year.
You may have noticed that a certain action flick legend, Mr Keanu Reeves (cue as many of 'The Matrix' quotes as we can get away with in one article) has taken the red pill and teamed up with the powerhouse website builder. We are delighted to say that there is a whole lot more for UK clients to get excited about.
The Keanu Commercial
There is no spoon.
Keanu founded Arch Motorcycle six years ago in partnership with co-founder Gard Hollinger when they turned their passion for motorcycles into a real business. Keanu has been a Squarespace customer since 2015 (After clearly taking on advice from the newly founded PixelHaze*).
The television commercial has been shown numerous times on domestic channels this side of the pond, however it actually made it's debut during Super Bowl LII. This is a core part of their strategy to become a household name in the UK.
No, Neo. I'm trying to tell you that when you're ready, you can check out the video below....
Hosting packages are now available in £££
This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back.
Just as we have found another useful feature with our new best friend, Amazon Alexa, Squarespace have now simplified the process of paying for hosting. For new clients, the hosting options will be automatically displayed in GBP so I no longer need to ask "Alexa, how much is xxx dollars in pounds?".
.uk domains are now supported within the domain manager
After many, many requests from PixelHaze alone, Christmas has come very early for those who like to keep everything under one roof (website hosting, email accounts from Gmail, domain name registration). This is no doubt a game changer and will provide a convenient, economical option for our least tech-savvy clients.
If you would like to find out more about how our Squarespace workshops can help your business feel free to contact us via the button below (Matrix quotes are optional).
Still not convinced? Keanu has one final message for you:
